    This simple website was established by Bill Zimmerman, to enable students to express themselves through their own comics online. Primarily for primary-aged students, it has a simple range of characters, backgrounds, objects and speech bubbles. There is also a lot of additional resources, including multiple languages available, story-starters, and special needs suggestions. Free to use, requires login to save documents.

    Storyboard That is online software, able to create comics, or storyboards for filming. Free to use to create six frames. Paid version is AU $13.99, which unlocks extra features.

  • ComicBook! app

    ComicBook! is an app that allows users to add their photos into a comicbook format, add colour filters, speech bubbles and graphical stickers.

    Only available on iOS (iPad and iPhone).

  • Comic Templates- Printable Paper

    If you want to draw your own comics without using a device, try printing some comic book page templates. Printable Pages has a large range of free templates that can be used.
